Susan was very helpful and responsive at all times and overall is a wonderful person. She not only helped us close on the house we wanted, she had referrals to all the attorneys, inspection, pest control, and remodeling services we needed in the area.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, complications ended up delaying closing on the house quite significantly. Tookie was very understanding and patient with me, and incredibly persistent in pushing other parties to ensure a fair and timely closing for the house. She has shown a wealth of experience, and I would gladly work with Tookie in the future for my realty needs.

Tookie and Susan were such a joy and one of the most efficient realtors I have ever worked with. We own investment properties in Charleston, SC so when our daughter was accepted to Clemson (go TIGERS!) I knew we needed a property. HOLY COW!!! We were in a bidding war (6 other offers) to get this home and Tookie cinched the deal for us!! We are FOREVER grateful for not only her expertise in the Real Estate Market, but for her ability to communicate concisely to others and her powers of persuasion!
