Rena Ripp is the best realtor you could hope for. From our first contact through Redfin, when she quickly responded to our email about lot for sale in a subdivision. Within the next couple hours she sent us photos and even a drive-by video. We were totally impressed and knew that we had found someone who would be responsive and extremely helpful, especially to us as out-of-state buyers. During the one week we were in Wisconsin, Rena organized various home tours. When we decided on a home, Rena represented us throughout the process.
