I have purchased homes and this aquisition has been the quickest and easiest transaction yet. She helped my get the price reduced due to needed repairs. Such a great experience working with Rhonda to buy vacant land/recreational property (even in a county where she doesn’t do the majority of her transactions). I had never done that before, and she was incredibly kind and patient with my many, many questions. She walked me through each step of the process and kept me informed throughout (and she was each to reach and talk to). I also greatly appreciated her many years of experience/knowledge in the real estate business and her impressive communication skills with other agents and with title companies, etc. In the end, she helped me get an incredible deal on property I am so happy to own!

Rhonda is a wonderful buyer agent. I was buying a house remotely. She offered honest assessment of the houses that I was interested in, and sent me detailed pictures and descriptions of the houses, and answered all my questions promptly in detail. For the house that I ended up buying, she made sure that the house inspection was done properly, and followed through all the repairs that are to be made before the house was handed over. I was bit worried since I was buying the house remotely, and visited only once before sealing the contract. But Rhonda made the whole process a smooth and pleasant experience.

Communication and updates were excellent and help with securing a contractor for a short timeline project. A big plus was Rhonda's willingness to discount her commission from the "standard" percentage.
We wish we would have been advised not to offer to pay buyer's closing costs until AFTER the results of the inspection. Lesson learned.
