I actually felt like I was in really good hands with Ricardo. It was my first home purchase and coughing up that much money is super scary. I could tell he was wanting to get me set up with the best home, not just trying to get me into a sale. Even when going through the purchasing process I didn't feel like he was pushing me in any direction, felt like he was offering up information that was safest for me as a buyer, and also trying to get me a good deal. Even so, my choices/thoughts were always 100% accepted and supported by Ricardo. I've had a lot of people talk about having realtors that aren't looking out for your best interests and I can truly say that wasn't my experience with Ricardo. 10/10 recommend. Great experience

Ricky was wonderful! He did a great job showing us different condo options, he was very attentive and interested in our feelings, questions, and concerns. He was very easy to contact via emailing, calling, and texting. He was also very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and helped us by referring a lender and other contacts that we needed. The process did feel a little rushed at some points, but that might be the nature of the situation. Ricky was also very personable and genuine and clearly cared about us as people rather than just clients. Highly recommend and really appreciate Ricky!!
