Richard is incredible. He’s knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and generally an absolute joy to work with. As first time home buyers, we felt overwhelmed with everything involved in the home buying process. In addition to helping us find our first home, Richard provided a steady guiding presence and was always just a phone call away when we started to feel unsure. He also never pressured us into purchasing a home that wasn’t right for us despite the amount of time it took to find our dream home. The level of care he puts into the buyer/agent relationship is beyond anything we could have expected. Anyone would be lucky to work with Richard and we will absolutely be recommending him to anyone we know considering buying property in the Kingston area.

Richard surpassed all my expectations and was easily the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to literally anyone. He consistently went above and beyond, from educating me about the home buying process, to going to extra lengths to help me close on my first house in what was a tricky process. I could not have been happier working with Richard!
