We were first-time home buyers in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Richard made buying a house EASY. He was great and expedient at answering all our questions, and never made us feel incompetent as first-time home buyers. At viewings he'd give us his honest opinion when asked. After each showing he was always willing to discuss the property at length with us. We never felt like he was in a rush to get to another client. We worked with Richard Crafts to sell our home and couldn't have been more happy. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had an amazing photographer come in and not only take photos of the house but also do a 3d walk through and online 3d dollhouse image of our home at no cost to us. Within 3 days we had multiple offers above asking and were informed on which offer was the best and why. Throughout the process Richard was by our side and keeping us informed on everything that was going on with inspections and the buyers. Richard also had contacts for us to use for repairs and estimates for items requested by the buyers. I would strongly recommend Richard as must use Real Estate Agent.

Richard has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and open to new and creative ideas when it comes to buying or selling. As an investor it's hard to find agents who aren't full of themselves or closed off to different ways you can buy and sell. Best Agent I have worked with and I have bought and sold houses a few times now. Richard was amazing. The first thing I noticed was that he was honest which was the reason we de index to fire our original agent. I had asked my original agent how much I could list my house for already knowing and being informed in the market value my original agent low balled me 30k right away red flags we t off so I called Richard for a second opinion not telling him the situation. Richard gave me the exact value I had come up with in my research and imidietlyvi fires my original agent and listed with Richard.
