Richard was absolutely amazing to work with. He has such a warm demeanor and wonderful sense of humor. This is our first home, so we didn’t know what to expect. Richard was able to walk us through every little detail, accompany us through inspections and always made himself available for all of our questions (there were a lot!!) There was never a moment that we felt out of place or “left in the dark” through this whole process. We were warned prior to buying a home about how much of a headache/how stressful this experience would be, but it truly wasn’t. Richard made my husband and I feel so comfortable about our decisions, the many many open houses, and even being our mediator for couch placement!! He was wonderful to work with, we are so very happy to have met him.

We're very thankful for the guidance, attention to detail, and protection that Richard provided for us through the gone selling process. Being new to the whole deal, it was critical that we had Richard to guide us successfully through the more mundane tasks of house cleaning and staging, as well as the tricky part of dealing with potential buyers and their agents.
We always felt that Richard had our backs and that we could completely trust him. We're also extremely grateful that the house sold quickly and over asking.

Richard treated us like family.
This was our first independent house-buying experience and we were unprepared, ignorant, and indecisive. Richard (and his wife Alette) led us through the super-complex process of buying a home, getting a mortgage, etc...
Through it all they were always patient with our incessant questions, and they never pressured us or tried to hurry us in terms of making a decision.
Richard has always gone the extra mile, arranging for cleaning of our new home, offering assistance with the moving process, etc...

Richard was amazing in our transaction. The realtor for the selling party was very hard to deal with but Richard navigated those waters like a pro and the transaction was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Hearty recommendations if you want someone who really knows the real estate market and how to deal with selling/buying parties in a manner respectful to both while accomplishing the end goal.
