Kristena and Laura were AMAZING! They walked us through the entire process as we were first time home buyers who had no experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home, and especially to those first time home buyers using a VA loan.

Kristena is very knowledgeable about the Kansas City and surrounding area's housing market. We have used her to buy two houses and she has sold one for us. She is extremely prompt and has a plethora of information to share. She is able to keep my anxieties down when making such a huge decision. Kristena is the only realtor that I will ever use!

Courtney was an absolute joy to work with. I had a specific zone I was working with. She managed to find me the perfect house and took care of so many details for me. I am a single mom working full time. And I had to put in almost zero effort into finding and buying a house with her. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a house.

We have had the pleasure of working with Kristena a couple of times. Once was to sell our house in 2021 and then to buy our current house in 2023. She is professional, easily accessible, and FUN! I truly felt like I was shopping for homes with my most competent, best friend! Buying and selling a home can be so stressful, and Kristena was reassuring, proactive, knowledgeable, and confident the entire time. I hope we aren’t moving again for a long while, but when and if we do move again, Kristena will be our first call!

Kristena is simply the best!! She has a ton of clients and continues to grow that list day-by-day and still speaks and treats her clients as if they are the only one.
