Ricky was always one step ahead making sure the buyer and seller were happy after negotiations. He had great suggestions in helping the deals close for both parties. One of the best professional and knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Never once doubted him along the way. Always does the best he can for his clients. He sold five properties for our Estate and closed promptly and for the best prices. He was also able to work well with the tenants which was a plus because we did have some challenges. Can’t thank him enough and know that I made the right decision choosing him to represent our Estate. Ricky is truly one of the best in the business.
