From day one, Rim was incredibly active and knowledgeable. She provided excellent guidance and ensured the place I wanted to buy was in perfect condition, even noticing every small detail that needed fixing. She was diligent in ensuring I followed the process correctly and on time. Everything went well, and I truly appreciate her help throughout the process. As a big bonus, I got to meet her super cute dog when we went to get the keys together!
