Rita is awesome! We are elderly and she took us under her wing and walked us through the complete process of selling our home. Patience is a virtue, my initial thought interacting with Rita during the seemingly endless home tours I put her through. And I was definitely a pain in the butt, first time home buyer, looking for that perfect home with EXACTLY what I wanted! I likened the home search to finding the perfect girlfriend, full of hope and romance, but crushed by reality and wishful thinking.
