RK helped me purchase my first home. I am new to Delaware and was not sure what area I wanted to move to or what to expect with the whole process. RK walked me through every step and was there during every step in the process. He helped me see all the properties I wanted, but also provided recommendations of properties that he found that met my criteria. The one we settled on was actually one of his recommendations! He was thorough, responsive, and incredibly helpful. RK made sure I was prepared when we visited each property, making an offer, and the entire close process. He even set up a timeline with all parties involved to ensure I gathered all the documents and did not miss any deadlines. I would recommend to any buyer, but especially first time buyers who do not know what to expect with the process or how everything goes. You will not be disappointed going with RK!
