When looking at houses he would spot things I didn’t catch, clearly cared about which house I purchased, and wanted me to be completely satisfied with the home. Rob was a pleasure to work with. Very communicative and answered all of our questions. The one thing I would request in the future would be to hand select houses for your clients which would be reasonable for their budget and current market trends, to view in person rather than having an automated system send us listings based on search criteria. I think it would help manage your clients expectations rather than having them put an offer in on a house they have no chance in getting. Despite this, the market was tough and Rob did a great job managing our expectations.

My brother and I needed to sell our Dad's house in order to care for our Dad at my home.
