I am about a month late on this review because I’ve been setting up our brand new house, brought to us by Robert Davenport! As first time home buyers, my husband and I started this process with an idea of what we wanted, but without a clue of how to get there. Luckily, Robert stepped in to lead the way. At our very first meeting, Robert took time to get to know us and to help us figure out what elements of a home were important to us. He put us in a group chat and customized an entire list of homes that fit our criteria. From there he visited several homes with us until we found “the one”. Robert did a great job over all. I’m very particular about customer service and how I like things to be done and he did good listening to my wants and needs. I feel like he had a lot going on at times but that’s not a bad thing.

He had my back every step of the way. His calm demeanor kept me grounded during the sale of my home recently. He carefully listens, weighs the options with my input, and got me a great price when I sold. He even picked me up for closing when my key fob went dead on the day of closing! I’m having Robert represent me this time as a buyer, and true to form he represented my best interest and got a great price on my current pending purchase.
