As first time home buyers, we can’t imagine having gone through the process without Robert. We had a nice first impression of Robert as we toured the home with him, and decided to ask him to be our agent when we decided to pursue the property. Robert’s natural kindness, sociability, and care really stood out to us. He was easy to talk with and walked us through every step of the process. When we had questions, he did his best to help us understand which was very important to us since we were first time buyers. He negotiated well on our behalf, and encouraged us to not cut corners and learn all we could from the sellers, inspectors, lenders and all providers throughout the process. As he interacted with the seller’s agent and all providers, he treated everyone with a kind, friendly demeanor despite the intensity of the negotiations. Throughout the inspection process he helped source providers, contact them, and setup inspections on our behalf on a daily basis, which was a huge help since we were typically busy during the 9 to 5. In the end, we closed on the house! Through the time we spent with Robert we consider him a friend and would love the opportunity to stay in contact. We certainly recommend Robert to others and would welcome the chance to work with him again.

Robert earned our business beautifully and majestically. At the time we met I had a realtor that we felt didn't care much about our wants and needs. We had never met him in person. Robert showed us a house w/o our "realtor" being present. He asked all of the right questions to then allow my wife and I to unleash our thoughts out loud of what we truly wanted in our home. We then realized we needed him to be our realtor/representative. He was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and even prayed with us over our potential future home. A couple months later, we got exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy campers! May the Lord continue to bless you Brotha Robert & once again. Thanks you!
