Paul was very quick in responding back to phone calls and emails. He was always on time for the appointments. On time means if he scheduled us to meet at 10am, he would be there exactly at 10am on the dot and not earlier or later. He worked very hard, as if we were his only clients. He helped us determine what aspects we should be looking for in a great home, such as roof, HVAC, etc and not just the appearance. Even though he was acting as a dual agent, he was still very honest with the issues that arose with the home and tried to to resolve them for our benefit.

As a first time home buyer, and new to the area, Paul was the perfect realtor to work with. He was available by phone or email whenever I had a question about a listing. He explained things so I could understand. And he listened to my comments as we reviewed each house tour for likes, dislikes, etc. This helped so much to refine the search - he knew exactly what type of house and amenities I was looking for!
