We were out-of-state buyers and Robert was the listing agent on a house we found on the Redfin site. Robert answered our email and agreed to be our contact for other Michigan listings we were interested in. We drove 8 hours to see/purchase a property only to find that it had more issues than we were willing to take on. We decided to stay the night and see a different property in the area in the morning. Before our meeting the next morning, Robert contacted us about a newly listed property that met our checklist of items. He arranged a showing and we loved it. He made sure I was always kept in the loop on everything from dealing with the seller and seller's agent, any updates from the bank, right to making sure I was still on board with everything.
