My tagline is “Focused on You” and I live by that every day by putting my clients wants, needs, and schedules above my own. I work with both buyers and sellers helping each achieve their real estate goals and will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
When working with buyers, I help my clients understand the home buying process by utilizing a Home Buyer Guide that I provide to them. I specialize in getting offers accepted by working closely with the selling agent and using my knowledge of the area and home conditions.
For my sellers, I am strategic in how we price to ensure their home will sell quickly and for maximum profit. I am flexible and work around their schedules so selling their home is not an interruption to their daily lives. And I go above and beyond by helping with repairs and preparations to sell.
Communication is key in real estate and I pride myself on staying in constant contact with all sides of the transaction. My goal is to solve any problems before they arise.
