My name is Rob Pongratz and I am a real estate agent with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. This is my ninth year as a real estate salesperson and I have been recently appointed to the elite Chairman's Club, as a top producer in my brokerage. I am currently licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. I am a life-long resident of Washington County, being from Boonsboro and currently residing in Williamsport with my wife, Leah, and two sons, Ben and Joey.
As an agent, I provide a number of services to help you buy or sell a home. I collaborate with one of the best photographers in real estate, Doug Via. Doug will not only take pictures of the inside and surrounding areas, but he specializes in drone images, which will capture the entirety of your property, neighborhood and surrounding areas. I also provide recommendations for moves, electricians, and more.
In addition to high quality marketing, I hold Open Houses as often as necessary until your home is sold. Inventory in the area is still very low, so reasonably priced homes typically sell fast.
One of the very first things I do when meeting with you, is determine my opinion of value for your property. I have previously worked for a lending company, so I am very experienced in determining values, based on comparable homes sold in the area.
