Rob helped me both rent and eventually sell my loft, and somehow made what should have been an incredibly stressful process feel completely seamless. Robert has this amazing ability to handle the chaos, the endless details, and, (let’s be honest), the occasional nonsensical people, without letting any of that stress reach me. He simply takes care of it. The entire process felt effortless, smooth as butter, and I genuinely felt protected from all the headaches that normally come with real estate transactions. He is calm under pressure, incredibly responsive, patient, strategic, and gets things DONE. If you want someone who will truly have your back from beginning to end, Robert is your person. ❤️
