He is an exceptional realtor. He got patience but at same time he is aggressive. He has many solutions every situation and alternatives to sell your property. Most importantly he understands the seller if he is your agent however at same time he is a different player to represent you when you are the buyer.

Robert was more than a Realtor for us. He was a teacher and a mentor. I was motivated to purchase a home at one of his presentations regarding "How Ownership". He showed us how we could successfully go from renting to ownership. My wife and I decided to ask Robert to be our Realtor. His technique, skill and overall expertise led us from home search, to home selection, to home offer, to a successful escrow completion. I trusted Robert to help me get my wife the home she wanted! A comparison to other real estate agents that conducted and processed the selling of other properties associated with our family does not measure significantly with Robert's experience, social intelligence, market strategies, and coordination between all communication mediums. Robert's acumen as a business representative correlating to the analysis, advertisement, and administrative transactions for selling a home is categorically unprecedented.

Robert Johnson was an extremely caring, knowledgeable, efficient realtor! From the reviews I read on him previously I expected a great realtor, but he exceeded me and my husbands expectations. He was available to take our calls morning, noon or night. He answered all questions we had and was just an overall professional. I have been recommending him to everyone we know! We sold our home in 26 hours!!! We didn't even make it to open house because of the groundwork Robert had laid out for us. He was definitely a blessing to our family!
