My girlfriend and I were up in Ri for vacation and thought we should check out some vacation homes whil up there. Roberto was very flexible and responsive to all our requests as we added houses to see daily. The one we found came on the market three days before we were leaving and Roberto got us access to see it. Great real estate agend.

Overall, Roberto did a great job, was very professional, and offered experienced insights. I do wish he pushed for us to accept our first offer instead of leading us to believe better ones would be coming (they weren't). His instruction on closing date operations was severely lacking. He should have told us we need to move out and put our stuff in storage before the closing date. Scheduling both the move out and move in for the same day was unrealistic, and caused a nightmare scenario when our movers showed up late for the move out.
