Robin told me the photos on my home would be taken FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. I ordered a POD for Sunday Delivery, and loaded on SUNDAY. Paid EXTRA FOR EACH SERVICE. Lawn cut on Sunday paid EXTRA FOR THIS ALSO. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON. FOR SALE SIGN WAS INSTALL TWO WEEKS LATER. HOA SENT TWO NOTICES BECAUSE SIGN WAS TOO LARGE. I only lived in FLORIDA 3 MONTHS and didn't know about the regulation on the size of the sign. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS I FOUND OUT MY HOME WAS NOT LISTED IN THE CITRUS HILLS AREA BUT WAS LISTED 2 HRS AWAY IN TAMPA. BECAUSE OF THIS BUYERS DID NOT COME TO MY HOME!!!! BECAUSE OF MEDICAL REASONS I HAD TOLD ROBIN I NEED TO SELL MY HOME ASAP AND GO TO ILLINOIS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT!! THIS ENTIRE CONTRACT WITH REDFIN HAS COST ME... Show More
