I had to take some initiative to really learn the homebuying process at first, since I was a first-time homebuyer. So I didn't know what I didn't know and wish I would had a little more resources early on. That said, Roland really helped and took the time to answer all my questions, even after work hours, as well guide me through the homebuying process, provided resources, and followed up with builder and lender of my new home. I am very grateful and tremendously value all of the support and customer service that Roland provided me and my family throughout the stressful process of homebuying.
