I had to take some initiative to really learn the homebuying process at first, since I was a first-time homebuyer. So I didn't know what I didn't know and wish I would had a little more resources early on. That said, Roland really helped and took the time to answer all my questions, even after work hours, as well guide me through the homebuying process, provided resources, and followed up with builder and lender of my new home. I am very grateful and tremendously value all of the support and customer service that Roland provided me and my family throughout the stressful process of homebuying.

Roland actually became our agent through Redfin by chance. The originally assigned realtor came down with COVID and wasn’t able to make our first showing. Luckily, Roland stepped up and we’re so glad he did! Roland was quick to respond and easy to talk to. This was our first home purchase so his seasoned insights were definitely appreciated. We were also out of state in AZ when looking and negotiating our deal. Roland was always on call, honest with suggested next steps, and on our side in dealings with the other realtor and builder.
