As a first time home buyer, the whole process with new to me. Ronny was more than patient and eager to talk me through the process, the different documents I was receiving and continually stayed in contact with me through the process. Also, my originally assigned agent was no longer available with 24 hours of the house I was shown accepting offers. In that time period, I was given Ronny and we hit the ground running to get in my offer on my dream house. Would 100% recommend for future purchases or sales.

To say Ronny went and above would be an understatement. There's a common misconception (at least what I heard) that Redfin agents are no good, but my experience with Ronny strongly breaks that. Ronny was quick to earn my trust from the get go. Ronny was fast, accurate, very experienced and knows how to delicately handle customers' needs. I'm a first time home buyer and investor and having Ronny on my team only helped with me complete my investment goals. Ronny and Katherine (the transaction coordinator part of Ronny's team) were kind to not only guide me through the process but more often nudge me towards the right direction. Ronny helped me with his contacts for lender, contractors and other agents per my needs and that's just what one would need. Overall, I highly recommend Ronny.

Ronny is nice to work with. We toured a lot of houses using Redfin agents and never felt pushed to make a quick buy decision from Ronny. That is something we value most on Redfin because we tried Zillow initially. We toured with different local agents at Davis so we pretty much know everyone. Moreover it is a rewarding process for homebuyers especially if you want to gain more experiences. You get to see different issues with different houses at different locations and ages. Then you decide on what matters most to you. It is a process you can get help from Ronny and also a process to better understand yourself. Try Ronny and if you don’t like him you can always change later :)

Ronny is nice to work with. We toured a lot of houses using Redfin agents so we pretty much know every agent in Davis. But we only bid 3 times. Through the process, you get to know different potential issues with houses of different ages and locations. It has been a rewarding process for us and Ronny is always around to help us out when we hesitate and have doubts. Never really pushed us to make a quick buy decision. That is something I value most when I switched from Zillow to Redfin.

Working with Ronny was awesome! I wish I could rate him higher than a 10 because I definitely would. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what to expect, but Ronny made everything so much easier for us. He was very patient with us asking all of the annoying and uneducated questions we had, and he made sure to explain things to us in a way that we fully understood.
