I had never met a realtor that was not out only for the money... That is before I met Adam. He showed me that there are kind and respectful realtors out there that are willing to help any way he can. He truly went out of his way to be very accommodating even after out house sold. I recently contacted him because I could not remember receiving the signed papers. They were to be mailed. I was trying to figure out how much property taxes we paid last year. Within minutes I had it in my email. Now that's incredible service! He sold our house last October. We started the process in the spring. It was a big challenge to sell our 100 yr old house. Even through the disappointing struggles, he kept me positive and would come up with creative ideas. Working with Erich was a great experience. He was always timely in his updates and house research recommendations. He went the extra mile (literally) to view homes that we were on-the-fence about. He gave us good advice on how to navigate multiple-offer bids. He was available extra hours to talk to us about strategy and house-hunting ideas. In all, he was a boon companion in our search for a new home!

We were very impressed by his knowledge of home details and often felt like we had a pre-inspection on every home we looked at with him. He makes going above and beyond for his clients a standard practice. With the market being fast paced, we often had to schedule showings last minute. Erich showed up every time and made us feel like his priority. There are many stresses in the home buying process, but Erich was an asset and greatly minimized our worries. We highly recommend his services to anyone.

Erich, was polite and courteous at each of our meetings to view houses. He answered all our texts and phone calls in a timely fashion. Went through each house with us and looked for structural issues and etc. If we were not able to view the condo in person he did facetime walk-throughs for us. Bottom line, Erich took an interest in us and also our needs for a condo.
