Rory is a great agent with a strong understanding of the DC housing market and an appreciation for his clients' specific circumstances. We listed our condo during unfavorable market conditions and did not receive a lot of interest in the property. Though we decided to delist, Rory helped set us up for success the best any agent could have. I am confident that had we been willing to stay on the market longer Rory would have found us a buyer. I lived in France where the culture is that no one gets a "perfect" score so I probably wouldn't give a ten to anyone. But Rory gets a solid 9 in my book. Rory was communicative and helpful throughout the process. He was persistent. The selling agent seemed disengaged from the process, slower than I would have expected. Maybe she was just busy but it seemed like Rory had to do a lot to pull her along.
