Rosemary was a joy to work with. She knew the area well and guided me in the right direction. She was super helpful in pointing out things to watch for, and navigating the offer and purchase process. The home we were purchasing was struck by lightning the day before we were scheduled to close, and she gave me wonderful advice on how to navigate that as well. Highly recommend!

Rose is a fabulous realtor who helped us both buy and sell our homes. We got very lucky to have her represent us. It was fate that she picked up our request to do a last minute showing for a house we wanted to view after going an open house the same weekend. We did not have any realtor or agency in mind when she came to our aide, but we feel luck how things worked out so well. Rose is a top notch professional and an excellent communicator. When things got stressful during closing on the home we were selling due to bank and mail problems on the buyers side, she kept us in the loop about every little thing and helped manage our anxiety.
