Roxana Gomez was absolutely wonderful to work with! To simply put it, Roxana exceeded our expectations during the prep process, marketing, sale and closing of our house. Her excellence in care, service and attention are hard to match. We are first time sellers and needed to prep the house with cosmetic work such as interior painting, carpet replacement and staging. Roxana coordinated all of the prep work from start to finish and negotiated with trusted vendors on our behalf, whilst keeping us updated on any and all movements. As a first time home buyer it's indispensable to have someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy going, proactive and offcourse passionate. Roxana dons all these qualities for sure. We visited umpteen homes (especially just at the onset of the COVAID) and she was very patient and most importantly not pushy at all. Her professionalism has been noticeable at each visit where she made sure we got all right information and resources. Her punctuality, clear and crisp communication was another appreciable point. Roxana was went above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase. She exuded confidence every time we spoke which always reassured me and my SO that we would be taken care of. And she did. Any time there was a hiccup in the process, be it from the lender or through the other party, she made sure that we got our answers for any questions she herself was not able to provide. She knows the purchasing process and paperwork inside and out and always answered any questions we had about it. Long story short, she got the sellers a good deal and bad buy for us. She failed at identifying the location issues the property had which would have been a very good negotiating factor. Low balled the upgrades that would be needed for the home being in original condition which we were unable to identify as first time home buyers. It took us a while to identify all these potential issues and we are still dealing with them from the past year, working with county and dumping money into never ending issues. She did do her due diligence with an issue we faced after the house purchase which raised from sellers not disclosing the fact.
