Awesome passion for taking active interest in selling home and doing the right thing (ie communicating tough news as well as the good news, shooting straight as far as dynamics as we went through selling process), strong market knowledge. For point of comparison, I worked with both Windermere and Caldwell Banker agent’s, neither of whom could sell the home. The Caldwell agent was nowhere near as invested in selling the property as Ruby was (he rarely attended open houses where Ruby attended as many as possible). It was not an easy sale in stagnating market with several additional negative factors: - my neighbor sold similar condo for extremely low price just a month ago - my unit had a roof leak last year, it was fully fixed, but it still scares off a lot of potential buyers - our HOA had special assessments Ruby did excellent job at organizing the sale process, marketing the condo, organizing open houses and handling negotiations with potential buyers. Ruby made the selling process super easy, which was a relief because I live in an hour and a half away in Bellingham. We met in person once for an initial meeting and walk through, and everything else was handled by the phone or email. All aspects of the sale went smoothly, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ruby or Redfin again.
Ruby helped price the condo right and explained options for reviewing offers. In the end, we set an offer review date, which ended up being an excellent choice. She also gave good insights about the offers that we reviewed, and I went with the strongest one. Also, per the buyer's inspection, a carbon monoxide detector was needed. Ruby took care of it, and I did not have to make an extra trip to purchase or install it. That meant so much to me!

I highly recommend Ruby and her team (Lucretia Lease)! It was a great pleasure working with them especially considering I was living in another state. Ruby made things very easy for me. She paid many visits to the property helping me get the property in a good shape, ready for sale. (those were not her responsibilities) She priced the house very well. We got a ton of offers within days. She helped me navigate through all the offers and picked the strongest one. The closing was a breeze too.
Lucretia was extremely helpful and responsive as well. It was normal to get responses from her within minutes. She was very patient explaining things to me. Overall, I felt I was taken care of very well throughout the entire process!

Selling my home with Ruby was a very easy and smooth process. Once I had the home ready for pictures, the photographer was quickly scheduled and the listing went live within a few days. Two open houses were scheduled the first weekend the house was on the market and we had offers on Tuesday. Once we accepted an offers, Ruby was very diligent in following up with the buyers and keeping me apprised on the progress of closing. All in all, a great experience.

Ruby provided plenty of information about Redfin to us and in a timely manner. Her market analysis seemed a bit low to us, but she took our input as to setting the listing price. The photos of the house turned out well, and she handled an open house for us while we were out of town, which seemed to go well. Most of the time she responded to our emails or phone calls the same day, but not always. Overall she was pleasant and easy to work with; and our house sold quickly.

We had an amazing experience working with Ruby. She helped us through every step of the selling process, and her team made everything very easy for us.
They scheduled cleaners to get us ready for the photo shoot, filled out most of our listing paperwork, walked us through negotiations with our buyer, got us quotes for repairs we needed to make, and made sure everything closed on time. They even read our utility meters for us when we moved out. Basically all we had to do was sign the paperwork, which was really easy because it was all online.
The photos of our home turned out great, we had a huge amount of traffic for the open house and online, and our home ended up selling within the first week at a price we were very happy with. It couldn't have gone any better. Thanks Ruby!
