My family and I live up north and we were a bit skeptical about selling our land. However, Ruth was transparent and reliable which dispelled any fears or concerns we had about doing business long distance. The whole procedure was done via phone calls and emails. One of the things I really appreciated and admired about Ruth, is that in a busy world where people can get caught up with juggling work and family, she always returned phone calls and texts promptly, which showed me that she not only respected me but respected my time. Ruths's expertise and knowledge secured an offer in less than four weeks of our land being listed. I definitely would use her again and would recommend her to friends and family.
