Moving across the country every few years ended when Ryan and his bride landed in Charleston. "What's not to love? The trees, the marsh, the people, and the fishing...oh the fishing." After 13 years in banking and finance, Ryan realized his entrepreneur side. He has owned and operated several small businesses. "Being a handyman, I always wanted to invest in real estate."
