This was not out first transaction with Ryan and certainly will not be our last. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable, respectful and most importantly honest. Ryan has been an awesome buyer agent to work with in such tough times(COVID 19!) where it is difficult to coordinate all the activities with most of the partners telecommuting. He would setup showings easily and provide me with fair pricing for the properties that we reviewed along with comparative analysis. Ryan has not let me feel the craziness and enabled me to close on the property on time. I cannot thank him enough for getting me into this home. It was a pleasure to have worked with Ryan!

Ryan is a very kind and likable guy. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and is always on time for his appointments. Ryan is very knowledgeable about the properties he shows. He answers all questions fully to the best of his ability. If he doesn't know an answer to a question, he will get the answer for you. Ryan is a great communicator. He has excellent verbal and written skills. His follow ups are are extremely helpful. He is an all round pleasure to deal with. Look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Working with Ryan to find our dream home could not have been easier or a more pleasant experience. He was knowledgable, prepared, friendly and honest. Before the first hour passed he already felt like an old friend who was helping us to find the perfect place to set down new roots and create a home. Coming from a nearby state, he helped us to zone in on the best towns and neighborhoods so that our search was efficient and productive. He was incredibly patient and never rushed us. After making offers on two other homes, we settled on the third and ultimately best option. Ryan was the only agent we met who kept in touch with us sending leads in our neighborhood for over year after we re-considered selling our home. He even helped with arranging repairs and even rolled up his own sleeves and fixed things on our home to get it to close! Ryan was extremely patient with us through our new home search and with getting our home sale finalized. Our house got an offer in the first week on the market and above ask. Our family is very happy in our new home and the kids continue to ask us when Ryan is coming back to visit. Ryan was a professional through and through and someone who knows the real estate business. I have already recommended him to my friends and co-workers.

We interviewed four agents prior to listing our home and Ryan was the only agent that periodically kept in touch with us until we were ready to move forward and list our home this year.
