I hold a Military Relocation Specialist as well as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification from the National Association of Realtors. My job is to help my customers accomplish their homeownership goals.
Buying and selling real estate successfully involves a mix of knowing the area, understanding the market, a good working relationship with other real estate professionals, and straight forward communication at all times.
I have 20 years of experience buying and selling real estate, 17 years in the Northern Virginia area and now residing and selling in the Southern Georgia area for the past 3 years! As a Vet, that did not know anyone in the area, it was comforting to have such an experienced Realtor assist me in finding a home.
