This should actually be way above 10 stars. I worked with Shelly to sell my older mobile home. I appreciate her knowledge and experience to get me prepared to sell. She was spot-on in the preparation she did and also in advising me on what to do to get my home ready to sell. She clearly understands the market and how to sell properties, and she was able to find the perfect buyer for my home. Do you know what you are doing when purchasing a home? I didn’t. I wasn’t even sure I was interested in a purchase. I clicked on a link on the internet. A few minutes later Shelly texted. I figured why not go and look. Shelly spent all day explain what I didn’t even know to ask. Shelly explained options I had that were a mystery to me. Shelly pointed to locations that were tucked away in cities long forgotten that were absolute gems. Shelly knew finance companies, other realtors, inspectors, trades people and insurance companies. All that I needed along the way. Shelly explained situations with park rent and manufactured purchases and what I should do in the application process. She walked me through it every step of the way. Ms Eshelman didn’t lose her patience with me when I circled back and repeated a previous question for the eighth time. Yesterday, I found a little ceramic bunny in my garden! I should have purchased Shelly a bottle of Tylenol at the beginning of this. Little did she know when she sent that first text.
