I felt very fortunate to find Sarah to help me sell my condo. She and her team did a great job in marketing my home to catch the eye of the right buyer. The photos taken looked so great (noticably better than competitors) and I loved the virtual staging they were able to do to show potential for the space after moving out. The video tour was such an amazing feature as well! The support I received throughout the process including several open houses and great communication about each step made my first experience selling a home much simplier than I ever imagined! Sarah was a joy to work with - I would highly recommend her!

We Sarah and me and wide both seniors...that any 20 plus years old house -should not be put on market without interior paint and carpet replaced and wood floor polish...we were erroneously led to belive that min. Expenditure let buyer do..we lost 3 months and lost $150k in the value of house...we learnt this...Sarah got our business but we lost time and $. ..also..Sarah helped us in buying our new Ranch Duplex...which we are enjoying..she got compensated by the new home seller...Anwar Daudi
