Their partnership makes the process efficient and they are very thorough in their analysis to ensure we got the best deal and closed the purchase and sale. In this market I’ve heard consistently that buyers have to bid on many houses to get an acceptance but we were able to purchase our dream house on the first attempt at a very fair market value. After winning the bid they continued excellent communication and follow up to ensure we were on target to close without issue. He even stayed up until midnight to confirm HOA docs were accepted. I don’t often save contacts but I’ll be a lifetime client of Saad and Arslan and this is the second home purchase and sale that they were able to execute for me smoothly, economically, and all within a week of deciding to move.
