Sabrina was very responsive; we sold our home through her. She established contact with us approximately 18 months before we were ready to put the house on the market. She kept in contact, checking in every few months, until we were ready to list. She provided excellent guidance on prepping the house and staging, used a professional to take great photos and provided solid metrics to set a pricing strategy. The house was under agreement after ~ 3 weeks.
