I have worked relentlessly to advance my education and experience in real estate by broadening my horizons. My experience includes transactions that involve vacant land, manufactured homes, new construction, existing site-built homes, probate sales, trust sales, foreclosures, and even the occasional fixer upper! I take each transaction with pride, commitment, and the ability to serve my clients as if they were my family. Real estate is typically the largest investment most people make in their lifetime, and I strive to make sure my clients are well taken care of in each phase. I have extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, and sometimes both at the same time! This extensive experience includes representing veterans, first time homebuyers, sellers that need to sell and purchase at the same time, and those looking to purchase their final home! Due to this experience, it has given me the unique skill to "think like a buyer." This tremendously helps when I work with sellers as I can provide insight to what will be important to a buyer, which helps avoid an oversight for a seller! Having also gone through the process myself, both buying and selling my own home, I know the emotions that come with such a life-changing decision to buy and/or sell a home. This perspective has helped me provide the tools to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence. I pride myself on availability.
