Absolutely amazing agent to work with. This was my fourth home purchase and it couldn't have went better. From start to finish Sam helped with every step. We were in a difficult situation from the start because we had found the home we wanted to buy and went into contract before even beginning to prep our old house for sale. Sam was able to get the entire process sorted out to a T, under very favorable terms to us. He helped us get show ready within a week and went on the market, had a buyer within days, and ended up closing early on our new house. Can't say enough about him, if you're buying a home anywhere near the Fort Bragg area, he's the only agent you should consider.

Our neighbor had used Sam to sell his home and buy the one next door to us. He had nothing but good things to say about Sam. We always interview 3 different realtors before picking one to use. Sam was the clear choice for us. He knew the area very well and was knowledgeable through the whole experience. If there was something he didn’t know, he would be sure to find out immediately. He was always very prompt at responding to our messages. I appreciated that he didn’t get offended by my ideas that may be out of the norm, instead he embraced them and made me feel heard. I wish we could fly him to Arkansas to help us find our new home!

I would not recommend any other realtor besides Sam. I’ve owned 4 homes in my lifetime and Sam was by far thee BEST and most dedicated realtor that I’ve ever worked with. At one point, I thought that I needed to solicit him for therapy services because the market just really tested my patience. His years of experience and expertise truly came into play with selling my home. I am truly grateful to have worked with Sam.
