Absolutely amazing agent to work with. This was my fourth home purchase and it couldn't have went better. From start to finish Sam helped with every step. We were in a difficult situation from the start because we had found the home we wanted to buy and went into contract before even beginning to prep our old house for sale. Sam was able to get the entire process sorted out to a T, under very favorable terms to us. He helped us get show ready within a week and went on the market, had a buyer within days, and ended up closing early on our new house. Can't say enough about him, if you're buying a home anywhere near the Fort Bragg area, he's the only agent you should consider.
