Sam is a fantastic agent. This was our third home purchase and she did so much more than any other agent we had. She had the right strategy from the start - gently supported us as we decided if we wanted to bid on the house or not. Once it was a go - she helped us formulate an offer that was accepted right out the gate. She had great contacts for inspections and electrical work as well and insurance and was totally on top of everything to get closing done on time. She’s very personable but also has an A-game hustle! We probably wouldn’t have ended up with the house if it wasn’t for her!
