Sami was an absolutely amazing agent! We were also moving in to our new home at the same time and so weren’t able to focus a lot of attention on selling our home. If it weren’t for Sami, we wouldn’t have been able to put our home on the market. He handled every single detail. His team did a wonderful job and I don’t think our house ever looked better. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Sami has a deep knowledge of the area and is very helpful in pointing out aspects of a home that might not be obvious - both positive and negative. He can spot hidden potential in a home. He was excellent is guiding me through the offer process, which can be a challenge.

Sami far exceeded my expectations as a listing agent. He told me exactly what to do to get my property ready to list. He was helpful and encouraging when I was exhausted from hours of painting. Once I final conceded that I couldn't do everything myself, Sami referred me to vendors within my budget. The property was listed on Thursday, had multiple offers on Monday, and went into contract on the following Tuesday. When selecting the best offer, he was considerate of all options.
