This sale was complex, it came about from a messy divorce and there are no congratulations for the two people selling this house. Samir did a remarkable job, he was friendly, committed, and compassionate in regard to the outcome. I would gladly recommend him to my family and friends.

Samir was great during the whole process. Good communication, fixed issues quickly when they came up, advised me, and was present throughout the process. He hooked me up with a great lender, and his inspector was amazing. It's sometimes hard to know if you're getting a good, experienced, and knowledgeable agent when you have to pick one at random, but I got very lucky with Samir. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He also has a lot of great reviews on Zillow too, so be sure to check those out if you're still unsure

As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions about the entire process. Samir was very patient and made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. His experience made it an invaluable asset to the entire buying process. Samir was very quick to get a hold of, communicated very efficiently, and he would make suggestions on how to improve the offer to increase the likelihood of it being accepted. Overall, I felt I was in the right hands while I worked with Samir to close on my first home, and would definitely use his expertise again in the future.
