Sandra was wonderful. She took care off everything that had to be done to sell my house. I had a stroke and am in a nursing home, my kids live out of state and tried to help but it was Sandra who took care of project that had to be fixed and prepared the house for 3 showings that she set up. She came by to meet with me several times and kept constant contact with my to inform her of every step in the process. I could not be more grateful to Sandra. She's very reliable, trustworthy and a wonderful person.

As the executor for my aunt's estate, I needed to sell her house, which was 200+ miles away. Sandra helped arrange for the work it needed to be ready to sell, including clearing up some violations with the building department. She was a straight arrow--candid, resourceful, smart, upbeat and responsive. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Sandra was very professional. She did an amazing job to feature our home to sell quickly. With her expertise, our house was sold within 5 days and for more than our asking price. We had to turn down multiple requests after we accepted a bid. She was recommended by one of our friends. Smart choice on our part!!
