I have attached a letter with this survey. I could not include everything that I have experienced the this Agent. I Definitely would NOT recommend Sandi Sheehan to anyone purchasing a home. This person is not honest, she did anything and everything to make money for herself. This was one of the worst experiences in my life and definitely not a happy one. I may be facing a foreclosure before making my first payment. I purchased a home that I cannot move in. It is a health hazard to me and my family. I was lied to and deceived by this Agent. The world that we live in today does not care about people, but only about self. Buying a home should be a happy time, instead I have been depressed since I closed on this home. Sandi went above and beyond in order to help my husband and I find the right home for us and our children. We recently moved back from overseas and neither my husband nor I had ever lived in Virginia; Sandi has lived in the area for quite some time so her knowledge of the area made moving to a brand new area a lot less stressful. She took extra time to show us around, drive us past schools etc. Getting a hold of her was always easy, she was prompt with her responses via email and phone calls. Our experience with Sandi was the best we experience we have ever had with a realtor. We have purchased at least 6 homes over the years, in different states, and worked with at least a dozen realtors. She listened to us, realized what we wanted in a property/house, and then she made it happen. She did not take us to places that "she" thought we might want. This is usually not a comfortable experience for a buyer, she made it enjoyable.

This was my first home buying experience and Sandi was perfect. She helped and explained everything so I could understand. She was a straight shooter that told it like it was, which I liked because it made things move easily and efficiently. Very responsive and made time around any of my schedules. She always talked with me, not at me. She easily grasped the details I wanted in my home so no time wasted in trying to sell me on anything, but just found homes I would be interested in and the one I purchased. She even made time to answer questions I had after closing and moved in.
