Shawn is probably one of the best, if not the best, real estate agents out there. Most of the time you may hear from people that real estate agents are not good, or they don't serve a function, or worse, they serve themselves and nothing else. This is not Shawn. Shawn is diligent, knowledgeable, concise, and in many ways what a real estate agent should be: guiding, not attempting to coerce, manipulate, or propagate their own opinions into your decision, one of the biggest decisions of your life. He communicates exceedingly well and does so in a manner that is not in legalese, nor in "salesperson" talk. He provides you with the facts, that you can verify yourself, if need be, and does not add fluff. His explanations of legal ramifications and his understanding of his part of the legal process of purchasing a home is excellent. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Shawn genuinely cares about his clients and always gave me his honest opinion even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. That kind of integrity is rare and made me trust him completely throughout the process. He was always reachable, always responsive, and never made us feel like we were just another transaction on his list. Shawn always kept us informed and handled every obstacle with professionalism and grace. I highly recommend Shawn to any person reading this review. I rarely give reviews to any person or thing.
