Even though our first few offers didn't pan out, he was determined to keep doing the paperwork until we got an offer that was accepted. It was a pleasure working with Shawn from initial face-to-face to closing on the home. As a first time buyer, there was definitely lack of knowledge, but Shawn certainly tried to help close those gaps. My only personal drawback during the process was in the offer stage where we had another associate step-in to support while Shawn was out. Overall, the process was fine, but I did feel that the offer was a bit too optimistic and aggressive. Nonetheless, it was great working with Shawn and would highly recommend.

A rating of 10 is an understatement. I would rate Shawn a 100!! We worked with Shawn for around 2 years. Putting multiple offers on homes only to get outbid every time. Shawn kept a positive attitude and continued to work hard to get us in a home. Shawn made it happen and we are now in our new home. Shawn is always available. He could not be more responsive. A number of time we were on a short timeline but he somehow made things work. Shawn is a kind professional person. We would not be in our home today if it were not for him. When the time comes to purchase another home we will be call Shawn for sure. He is a wonderful person and we are proud to call him our friend. Thanks Shawn.

Where do I start?! First of all, we are first time homebuyers who were green about everything in real estate and had never known anyone that used Redfin. Shawn was amazing from beginning to end. He was ALWAYS prompt and helpful. This was the second house we purchased and Shawn was the best agent we worked with yet !! We truly believe we got the place because of him. We almost gave up on the house search and Shawn managed to get some key information about the property and helped us move quickly and buy the place. Since the property had a previous offer that fell through, he was able to keep the listing agent on the hook while making sure we were covering all the based on our end wrt inspections and other contingencies. Sankalan was great! We were skeptical about not using a Realtor but we are so glad that Redfin provided this service through Sankalan. We won the bid because Sankalan was very strategic about the offer, connected us to a lender who was awesome and helped us close within 20 days and saved us a lot of money during the negotiations!!! For all the coordination, support and expertise we received we got money back!!! Redfin refund came through in time to be applied towards closing costs!!! Can't beat this deal or level of service with traditional Realtors. We've been in our dream home for a month now and absolutely love it!!! Go Sankalan & Redfin!
