After buying my first property with Sara and Mara a couple years ago, I worked with them again recently to upgrade. As before, I was very impressed with the experience. Strong local knowledge/relationships and a good sense of the market helped get my offer accepted quickly on the house I wanted, and made for a smooth and timely escrow. I almost forgot to mention these two are so great. Not only did they help us get our first house over multiple other offers but when we called back 2 months later for help with our warranty they didn't hesitate to go out of their way to help us by calling their rep. Our issue was resolved thanks to them.
