Prior to selling my home Sara was very attentive, answering questions in a timely manner but after signing the contract the attentiveness slowed and replying to my texts slowed not much communication about my home showings or the selling steps. Once we sold the house Sara didn’t show at the closing, there was no face to face thank you or call/ text, communication just stopped. I found this to be disappointing to say the least.
