Through this process of out of state purchasing of a home, Sarah was always available to video homes for us and took my calls readily. This process took months, but she was able to find what we were looking for. She also went above and beyond with taking care of the W/D and car delivery. Now, this next point is extremely rare, she was at the house for the delivery of our furniture and belongings. She directed the movers as best she could, because we were not able to be there on the delivery date.(Unforeseen circumstances). What real estate person does that?? If you are lucky enough to contract Sarah for your next home in OK or out of state, consider it a blessing! I cannot rate her highly enough for her level of care and concern.

Sarah is such a lovely, easy-going person. We felt like she listened to and understood our goal when we were house-hunting. She made the process very easy and worked late to ensure our paperwork was signed and forwarded to the next level. Sarah not only helped us throughout the process of buying a house, but also helped us with contacts to services that we needed for the house after we bought the house, such as an electrician, HVAC, Chimney services, plumbing, roofing, and handyman. We are new to Oklahoma City, and this made life easier for us knowing that she gave us people who have done work for her and are trusted.
